AGAINST ZIONISM

Many “anti-Zionist” Jews retain elements of Jewish supremacy. Noam Chomsky, for example, thinks Israel does America’s bidding. Thus, Chomsky retains the “eternal victim” mentality.

Arrogance always accompanies a “victim” mentality (we are the “Chosen People”), just as a messiah complex always accompanies a persecution complex. 

Are there no Jews who call themselves humans first, and Jews second?

Yes there are. An example is Dr. Alfred Lilienthal (right), a man of peace and humbleness who has been challenging Israeli policies since 1947.

Dr. Lilienthal says the war in Iraq is for Israel, the American media is radically pro-Israel, the Jewish lobby controls the USA, and Israelis act like Nazis in every way.

This guy is no fringe dweller. In the world of diplomacy and international relations, he can truly say, “Been there, done that.”

He says Israel suffers from “abnormalities. It has no official constitution, no official borders, and no official citizens, since all Jews can come to Palestine. He says this abnormality subverts any peace process.

(In a previous post, this blogger applied the same concept to Jewish identity-ambivalence. Jews want to be a separate tribe, yet not separate. This creates psychosis, which Jews conceal through a process called “Zionism.” The people they most want to conceal this psychosis from are themselves.  Zionist Jews are so deeply in denial that even they do not understand what Zionism is. To repeat: Zionism is the means whereby they hide their psychosis from themselves.  When they lie, twist, and engage in hypocrisy, they are projecting their inner contradictions and psychosis.     Also, given all this identity-vagueness, is it any wonder that Iran’s Ahmadinejad refers to Israel as the “Zionist entity”?)    

Dr. Lilienthal says that when Israel calls itself a “Jewish” state, it encourages neighbors to call themselves “Muslim” states, which sometimes leads to persecution of non-Muslims.

In 1953 he published a book titled What Price Israel, which condemns people like Ariel Sharon, commander of the killer Unit 101, which brutally massacred defenseless Arab civilians in the Palestinian village of Qibyah.  (W. Bush calls Sharon a “man of peace.”)

For decades, Dr. Lilienthal has said unconditional U.S. support for Israel will ultimately destroy Israel, and deeply harm the USA.

Since he has been active so long, he has all kinds of juicy stories to share.

Example…

In December 1945  (several months after Harry Truman took office) a Reuters news service headline declared: “Truman Not in Favor of a ‘Judaic’ State.”

The Reuters article explained that, “As an American, President Truman feels that no government should be based on religious or racial grounds. He is therefore opposed to a ‘Judaic’ State in Palestine. He feels that the Palestine government should be of the people of Palestine, irrespective of race, creed or color.”

In 2003 the Harry Truman Library released Truman’s diary from 1947. Truman says his aide Clark Clifford told him the 1948 election would be lost unless Truman immediately recognized Israel as a “Jewish” state.

On July 21, 2003, the Jewish World Review had an article (“Truman Did It To Save His Own Skin”) that said Truman simply wanted the Jewish vote. Therefore Truman helped to establish Israel because he was anti-Semitic.(!)

Lilienthal had already written about all this in 1953 with his book What Price Israel? He says Israel covered up the truth to make it seem that Israel was the outcome of a religious and humanitarian “miracle.”

Dr. Lilienthal was radically opposed to Bolshevism and Trotskyists in the 1930s. At the 1936 World Youth Congress, he led a walkout against Bolshevik elements. He says “Bolshevism” is merely camouflage. Control is the name of their game, no matter what side they are playing on.”

He condemns the neocons. He also says Evangelical “Christian” theology is rooted in a strange re-interpretation of scripture that first appeared in the Scofield Reference Bible of 1909, which was influenced and funded by Zionists!

Dr. Lilienthal is endorsed by Paul Findley, who was run out of Congressional office by AIPAC in 1983. Findley had suspicions of who destroyed him, but he could not believe AIPAC would be so vicious until he read Lilienthal’s books.

Arabia is probably the most anti-Jewish state in the Middle East, but Lilienthal has always been welcome there. He was one of the few Jews to have ever been allowed inside the Saudi Royal Palace to interview the king. Indeed, Fahda Bint Saud, crown prince of Arabia, wrote a preface to the 2003 reprint of Lilienthal’s  What Price Israel? …

 “Contrary to Zionist claims, there never was any ancient and deep-rooted hatred of Arabs for Jews before the partition of Palestine, just as there never was any hatred between Abraham’s sons, Ishmael and Isaac, who each became the forefathers of the Arab and Hebrew peoples. Genesis 25:9 says that when Abraham died, both his sons buried him. They were never enemies. One Arab tradition even has it that Esau, Isaac’s firstborn son and Jacob’s brother, married Ishmael’s daughter Bashemath. This union is collaborated in Genesis 36:3-4, which proves that in the past, Arabs never considered the Hebrews or their descendants to be their sworn enemies.

This is the scene of Jacob’s deathbed as recorded in the Quran:
“Behold, he said to his sons: What will ye worship after me? They said: We will worship thy God and the God of thy forefathers, Abraham, Ishmael, and Isaac, the One God, and to Him we bow in submission.” (Sura 1, Verse 132).

 This is why Muslims honor Jewish figures such as Abraham, Moses, Elijah, and others. They all came from the same bloodline.

The problems all started when Khazar Ashkenazis invaded Palestine. If Biblical Jews (not Khazars) had taken control of Palestine, there might never have been problems with Arabs.

Lilienthal does not mince words. “The U.S.-led war on Iraq, and eventually many other Muslim nations, is part of an Israeli plan to let others die to expand Greater Israel. Extremist Zionist sympathizers in the Bush Administration are the perpetrators of this scheme to have American military men and women die for Israel.”

As you know, “Greater Israel” stretches from Sinai to Iraq. Lilienthal quotes (and agrees with) the King of Arabia: “Zionists are making no secret of this scheme. They have made its study part of the school curriculum in Israel, where they cram the students’ heads with these fanciful schemes.”

Lilenthal is emphatic that “Israel does NOT speak for all of the Jewish people. Criticism of Israel is NOT hatred of the Jewish people.”
